The 42 Sports Images agency was founded in 2006 by the professional photographer, Christophe Elise. Specialized in US sports, in particular Baseball, the agency covers many events throughout the world: MLB, NBA games, European and Worldwide baseball championships (including the 2009 World Baseball Classic), French professional leagues of Basket, Soccer, French Internationals of Roland Garros, National and International meeting of Athletics, etc.

The archive website, www.elise-archive.com, is the most important stock photography of baseball in Europe. It gathers more than 10, 000 photos of French, European and International events, covered throughout the world (USA, Puerto Rico, Cuba, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, China, Republica Dominicana, etc). This unique searchable archive is classified by dates, keywords, types of photos (actions, portraits, illustrations).

The website www.chris-elise.com proposes a selection of the photographer’s work through several pictures portfolios organised by themes, presenting actions, postures, illustrations, and portraits of international athletes.

Aside live coverage of sport events, 42 Sports Images also provided whole teams with studio shots used for PR and communication. The agency is able to set up a full mobile photography studio on location.
